COAS calls on Prime Minister

ISLAMABAD, Nov 2 : Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervaiz Kayani called on Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani here at the PM House Monday and briefed him about the on going army action in South Waziristan. The meeting discussed matters relating to national security. The Prime Minister said the nation was proud of its Armed Forces and paid rich tributes to those who laid their lives for the nation, a press release issued by the PM House said.
