Formation of new Govt in Gilgit-Baltistan till Nov 24: Kaira

ISLAMABAD, Nov 15 (APP): Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting and Acting GB Governor Qamar Zaman Kaira said on Sunday the process of forming government in Gilgit-Baltistan would be completed till November 24 or 25.Talking to Express TV, he said the government had made elaborate arrangements and provided all facilities to hold the elections. Full security cover to political leadership was also provided to run election campaign of their parties in the area, he added.He said re-polling at four polling stations of GBLA-3 Gilgit would be completed on November 18.
After completing the process of special seats, meeting of the GB Assembly would be convened to elect Speaker and Deputy Speaker, he said.
He said entire process to form a new government would hopefully be accomplished by November 24 or 25.
